die ganze unterkunft ist sehr sauber, badezimmer ist zwar klein und das waschbecken war im zimmer selbst, aber dafür wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
das zimmer für zwei war ziemlich klein und hatte leider keinen schrank für die kleidung, man hat aber genügend platz um sich zurechtzufinden. das personal ist herausragend - das gesamte personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
wir haben jeden tag frische strandtücher bekommen.
die gegend ist etwas abgelegen, aber man hat in unmittelbarer nähe einen kleinen supermarkt und 10min weiter ist man schon in fira.
das hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und bot und an, die taxibuchung oder tagesausflüge für uns zu organisieren.

We had a wonderful stay at Breaq Santorini Hotel, a lovely hotel just outside Firostefani. It really is an oasis of calm, just a short step away from the hustle and bustle of the main area.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated and, having only reopened a few weeks ago, everything feels fresh, stylish and beautifully finished. We thought it offered fabulous value for money, particularly with the lovely breakfast included. There was plenty of choice, including fresh fruit, yoghurts, breads and savoury options, with eggs and omelettes cooked to order — a great way to start the day.

The beds were probaly the most comfortable we’d had in a hotel!

The pool area was another highlight and the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day.

All of the staff were lovely and welcoming, but a special mention must go to Ranalda on the front desk, who was beyond helpful. She even called us while we were on the ferry from Folegandros to let us know that they had noticed our crossing was running late and not to worry, as our taxi was waiting for us. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Breaq Santorini Hotel and would happily stay here again. A beautiful, peaceful hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.

Tout était parfait du début à la fin et ce à absolument tous les niveaux.
Encore un immense MERCI à tout le staff qui est disponible 24h/24, souriant, de bonne humeur, au petit soin…

Nous souhaitons partager notre coup de cœur pour cet hôtel.
Idéalement situé entre Fira et Imerovigli, il offre un cadre à la fois paisible, élégant et parfaitement adapté pour découvrir l’île.
Mais ce qui rend véritablement cet endroit exceptionnel, c’est avant tout son équipe. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil merveilleux. Tout le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance rares.
Du personnel de chambre à la réception, en passant par l’équipe du petit-déjeuner, chacun contribue à rendre le séjour plus agréable. La moindre demande est prise en compte avec beaucoup de soin, d’efficacité et toujours avec le sourire. Une mention toute particulière pour la jeune femme qui prépare les cocktails au bord de la piscine, absolument adorable, dont la gentillesse et les petites attentions ont rendu nos moments de détente encore plus agréables.
Le service est vraiment sur mesure, et ce, quelle que soit la demande y compris lorsqu'elle est effectuée à la dernière minute (location d'une voiture, conseils de visites à faire etc..).
L’hôtel est également magnifique. La décoration est raffinée, élégante et parfaitement maîtrisée. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails et l’ensemble dégage une atmosphère particulièrement apaisante. On s’y sent bien immédiatement.
Notre seul regret ? Notre niveau d’anglais, franchement pitoyable ! 😅 Nous aurions tellement aimé pouvoir échanger davantage avec nos hôtes et profiter encore plus de leurs histoires et de ces petits moments de partage qui font aussi la richesse d’un voyage car au-delà du cadre et des prestations, c’est véritablement l’humain qui nous a marqué.
Que dire d'autre ? à part merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes vos petites attentions. Vous avez largement contribué à faire de ce séjour un moment inoubliable.
Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés… et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’hôtel est tout neuf et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon, et le coin piscine est particulièrement agréable pour se détendre. La chambre était certes un peu petite, mais elle est très bien équipée et parfaitement fonctionnelle.

L’hôtel est également très bien situé, avec de nombreux endroits accessibles facilement à pied. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Mention spéciale pour le staff, tout simplement incroyable : toujours souriants, disponibles et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Ils sont également de très bons conseils pour découvrir Santorin et ne manquent jamais de nous aider lorsque nous en avons besoin. Ça fait vraiment plaisir de bénéficier d’un accueil aussi chaleureux !

What I loved most about the property was the staff. They made our whole stay so easy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we genuinely felt so welcomed and looked after. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive in such a genuine way.

The property itself is also beautiful, modern and very pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere. It really felt like a relaxing and welcoming place to stay, and we had a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Breaq Hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern, and beautifully refurbished. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our visit so special!

It's a beautiful looking boutique hotel, with the most welcoming and friendly staff ever. Beautiful and Lovely comfy rooms. The staff really look after you. Breakfast was really good. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel.
