Cons:

1. Странный запах в лобби, особенно в районе лифта. Видимо, рассчитан на вкус местных жителей, но для иностранцев он очень странный и даже неприятный.
2. Алкоголь в ресторане. Официант сказал, что он включен в стоимость проживания (этот ответ слышали два гостя, которые находились рядом), но после ужина принесли счет на оплату. На бутылках отсутствует ценник, что вводит в заблуждение.
3. Несмотря на то, что отель относится к IHG и заявлен как 5 звезд, на самом деле это не так. Номера уже старые. До этого были в отеле IHG 5* в другой стране, и он был намного лучше. Взяли данный отель только из-за включенного ужина, так как есть на улицах крайне не желательно.

Cons:

Need to facilitate online deliveries better. Hotel this big shouldn’t be confused and inconvenience the guests if there is a Swiggy/ Blinkit order.
