Good location for a stopover
Pros:

Before we booked I spoke with the village booking to make sure of the bed configurations of the family rooms. As a fostering family we have strict rules around who can share beds with who. They assured me their would be either twin beds or bunk beds and a double bed. When we arrived it was a double bed and sofa bed. The lady at reception fully understood my situation around the children and arranged for us to move to a large room which could accommodate us all in our own beds.

Cons:

That I could not sit in the hot tub with my teenage children insight I had to be in the pool with them

Very basic, and poor attention to any comfort.
Pros:

Location, Starbucks on site.

Cons:

The room was very basic. The clothes rail was not fit for purpose, being only waist high so clothes dragged on the floor. There was only one double duvet for twin beds, not in a cover. The bathroom didn't have a toilet seat and the hand wash was empty, bath mat stained. One glass for a twin room. Only caffeinated coffee.
Breakfast was basic too. The only choice of fruit was not topped up and the melon starting to go off. Cooked breakfast lacked choice, no vegetarian option. Only 2 members of staff for a busy breakfast session.
Poor value for money, pre booked £12.50 or £17.
Car park was an extra £7.50
