The staff were amazing.

Cons:

There were no decent provisions made for the heatwave. I was told by central reservations that they had air con . Then when I got there the staff did their very best and provided me with a fan and some ice water . However the fan was so basic it made no difference. I had to leave early as I couldn't stay in the room any longer .
Perhaps some proper coolers hired before the heatwave could have helped

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Great bar food.

Lovely hotel and great food but breakfast was poor and too expensive. Not worth paying extra.

The reception staff were exceptional. Very friendly and apologised about the noise.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. Clean room. Reception staff were very attentive.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy,due to a wedding reception. Children running outside our window and other guests shouting until 5am. So not a good night sleep.
