Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Checkin.
Zimmer und Bad sauber und geräumig.
Fahrstuhl, Kühlschrank.
Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.
Gut von der Autobahn erreichbar.
Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel.

Cons:

Check In umständlich. Könnte besser gestaltet werden!
Geht schon los, wenn in der Email einmal von Reservierungsnr und einmal von Buchungsnr gesprochen wird. Es ist aber die gleiche Nummer.
Dann beim Check in einmal mit "weiter" zur nächsten Eingabe, dann mit scrollen. Es werden Daten abgefragt, die schon bekannt sind, wie zB Email.
Bett fand ich etwas hart und nicht so bequem.
Lage am Stadtrand.
Tiefgarage nicht verschlossen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel. Wenigstens zum guten Frühstück hat man dann auch eine Hotelmitarbeiterin zu Gesicht bekommen.

Cons:

Die Checkin-Software könnte etwas nutzerfreundlicher sein. Es kann leicht übersehen werden, dass man teilweise nach unten scrollen muss. Bestätigt man dann zu früh, erhält man eine Fehlermeldung.

Die QRC-Scanner sind nicht optimal. Mitunter dauert es, bis der QR-Code gelesen wird.

Eine solche Komfortdusche ist nicht überall üblich, aber ich habe Zeit gebraucht, bis ich einfach nur duschen konnte.

Liegt auf der via gottardo und ist sehr modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Check in nicht so einfach und schnell: es sind viele Angaben zu machen, u.a. auch Passnummer, 2× Mailadresse usw.
In der Dusche funktionieren die Düsen nicht.
Orangensaft am Frühstück fehlte. Es war bis zu meinem Weggang nicht behoben!

Das Bett war für 2 Personen zu klein, nur eine Decke
Die Geräusche von der Straße waren unerträglich laut :-(

posizione comoda per viaggiare, check in semplicissimo, camera spaziosa e arredata con mobilio base ma tutto il necessario. Parcheggio privato incluso al coperto con postazioni per caricare la macchina elettrica. tutto ottimo.

la colazione era relativamente povera/di bassa qualitá.
