The hotel is great, but it’s likely only rated 2 stars because of the staff.
Pros:

excellent, recent renovation, comfortable beds, superb breakfast

Cons:

The Internet didn't work in my room—the router's signal just didn't reach that far. I had to keep running down to the first floor with my computer.

At 10 p.m., a security guard started scolding me—like I was at some summer camp—for talking on the phone on the ground floor, claiming I was disturbing someone’s sleep. Never mind that there aren’t even any guest rooms on the ground floor.

Pros:

Een prachtig hotel. Moet recent zijn gerenoveerd. Heel heel rustig bij ontbijt. Uitstekend ontbijt.
Even van plaats weg, tafel schoongemaakt (2 maal). Restaurant alleen zitten eten, bleef bij eenmalig. Hotel voor voetgangers best ver weg van centrum. Uber prima. De stad is voor een toerist interessant.

Cons:

Taal voor de eerste keer vanaf de begin jaren 90 een probleem (meer dan 100 x Polen). Gold niet voor al het frontpersoneel maar toch. Vijandig kwam het over, maar wellicht geen aandacht en met scherm voor hun neus bezig. Gekke dingen ontstaan dan onderling bij het veelvuldig aanwezig personeel. Kachel zit in airco in de fantastisch kamer!
