- Betalning 2 dagar innan tillträde
- Ingen svarar i telefon
- Ingen tillgänglig i rececption
- Omöjligt att få tag i någon m a p förenklad/automatisk incheckning
- Ej beboligt då rörelsehindrade ej kan komma till rum m a p väldigt branta trappor!!
- Avbeställning måste ske 2 dagar innan ankomst och med 97€ anullationsavgift. Hutlöst!!!
- Kunde ej utnyttja bokning m a p ovan
- Dåliga och korta parkeringsplatser där 20% av bil står ut i allmän gata??!
- Information på booking.com beskriver inte verksamheten som ges.
- Endast frukost, Ingen restaurang
- Prisbild inte acceptabel I förhållande till beskrivet utbud
och komfort.

War für eine Nacht ok da es wirklich sehr ruhig war.

Die Lage war ok.Frühstück war auch ok.

Cons:

Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen wie bei booking gebucht haben .Das Zimmer war im Keller.Fernsehen und Internet hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert und es hat nicht so gut gerochen .Der Teppichboden war wirklich sehr dreckig und fleckig und nicht gesaugt

Très agréable intérieur et extérieur
Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Accueil inexistant, après avoir envoyé des mails pour prévenir de notre arrivée à partir de 16h aucune réponse. Sommes restés à la porte 1h, heureusement le voisin nous a aidé à contacter la propriétaire pour récupérer la clé. Pas de mail reçu pour avoir le code de la boîte à clé. Après 500 kms, nous étions contrariés.
Aucune info possible pour resto à proximité pour dîner.
Quel dommage d avoir un si bel établissement, sans aucun contact. Ce n est pas un hôtel.

Cons:

Vi ankom til overnatningsstedet, og mødte en låst dør. Der var en nøglenoks med kode, hvor vi pr. Mail skulle have fået tilsendt en kode. Den havde vi ikke modtaget. Vi prøvede at ringe til værten, uden at komme i kontakt med nogen. Vi var derfor nødsaget til at finde et andet overnatningssted.

Vi skrev til værten, med cc. til Booking, at vi naturligvis ikke ville betale for overnatningen.

Efter at have sendt ovennævnte mail modtog vi dagen efter mailen med koden til nøgleboksen.

Værten påstår at det er Bookings skyld, og Booking er fuldstændig tavse.

Jeg tænker at vi kan glemme alt om at få refunderet beløbet, da vi tilsyneladende bliver skubbet rundt imellem værten og Booking. (Booking har været med på cc i hele korrespondancen).
