Everything is always spot on and the staff are always polite and cheerful.
Everything is always really clean and comfortable.
The food is lovely and the waiting staff are patient and helpful. We had a table of 14 and though some of us had to wait longer for our food it was well worth the wait.
Staffing is hit and miss. One customer waited almost 15 minutes to purchase at the bar due to no one being available. Unfortunately, he walked out without being served.
I was shocked that I couldn't order a continental breakfast. It would seem that one has to order a continental breakfast when you book a room!
Absolutely ridiculous! No skin off our nose, we went across the road and purchased our breakfast bun with a coffee. It cost us less than £8 for both of us and we did the same the following day.

Room was good, clean and larger than i expected, food was fairly standard although not much choice if you did'nt want a carvery! Breakfast was good.
Needs the rooms to be airconditioned, to hot in current heatwave so made it very difficult to sleep unless you had the fan on all night
