Pros:

Pani recepcna Andrea bola velmi napomocna od prveho okamihu, od zaparkovania auta, cez ranajky az po info o doprave. Hotel splnil nase ocakavania, ked sa namontuje klimatizacia do vsetkych izieb, bude pobyt v lete prijemnejsi. Ocenujem vybornu kavu na ranajky, co nebyva uplne standardom.

The staff at reception was very friendly and serviceable

Cons:

No airconditioning. We were given a fan that didn't help much with the 38 degrees outside.
Breakfast wasn't good and service at breakfast unfriendly and didn't speak much English.

Pros:

Čisto, útulno a velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Snídaně byly výborné.

Cons:

Jediné, co nám na pokoji chybělo, byla klimatizace. V době našeho pobytu panovala extrémní vedra, takže samotný ventilátor bohužel nestačil.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The place was excellent, the room was nice and quiet. I like the concept of the hotel. To travel and support a good cause is a great business idea.

Cons:

I would appreciate a hair dryer in the room, otherwise everything was perfect
