Great, relaxing, you get what you paid for.
Pros:

Great place to unwind after a week of hiking in the Dolomites

Cons:

There could have been a staff stationed in and around the spa to guide new users on textile free spa etiquette and also to enforce the restrictions of mobile phones within the spa to respect the privacy of other guests.

酒店的設計很新穎， 裝修很新非常清潔乾淨， 泳池的設計也很漂亮，relax area也很舒適 。酒店座落於山上非常寧靜。

Cons:

酒店的員工不夠親切，酒店屬於高檔次價位的，不過服務不夠殷勤， 令我實在很失望。我們住的房間旁邊有一個很大的黑色建築物阻擋景觀，當我們問酒店職員關於景觀被阻擋時， 職員只是冷漠的說他什麼東西也做不到， 房間就是這樣的。 不過我們訂的房型沒有特別便宜所以不明白為什麼景觀會被這樣 阻擋。 而且吃晚餐時， 我們問餐廳職員可不可以坐露台位置， 一開始職員說沒有， 因為已經全滿， 但過幾分鐘後又說有， 之後我留意到全晚其實外面還有很多空位置。

Een te korte vakantie op een mooie locatie.
Pros:

Goeie ligging en gratis toegang tot de kabel lift 1 keer per dag. De lift naar boven is echt de moeite waard. Mooie en comfortabele suite. Gezellige bar. De meeste medewerkers waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De paar uitzonderingen brengen het niveau gelukkig niet naar beneden.

Cons:

Wifiverbinding was echt waardeloos. Continue mobiel internet moeten gebruiken. Slaapcomfort zou beter kunnen vooral de kussens waren niet goed, vooral veel lucht maar weinig vulling.

Vraiment très très bien j ai apprécié les repas et leurs présentation le petit déjeuner avec des produits excellent et beaucoup de choix et un personnel vraiment bien et serviables cela fait la 2ème fois que l'on vient ici et j y retournerai.

Fabulous but need to think about noise

Great, staff, amazing food, fantastic location and facilities

Cons:

This would have been 10/10 had the room not been under the restaurant. My wife and I escaped our young children for some rest only to find we could not sleep due to scrapping chairs from the restaurant above our room. This is not what we would have expected from a hotel with such a price tag. We would *only return if we would be guaranteed a quieter room without this issue.
