Achtung Betrüger!!! PIN-Gerät defekt, wir standen ohne Unterkunft da, nicht mal Rückerstattung

Buchung, Buchungsbestätigung mit PIN für die Tür erhalten -, alles schien problemlos - bis wir nachts vor verschlossener Tür standen und nicht rein konnten.

Cons:

Leider hat das PIN-Gerät nicht funktioniert. Wir haben mehrmals versucht, die Tür mit der PIN zu öffnen - ging nicht. Dann versuchten wir jemand anzurufen, haben aber niemanden erreicht. Plötzlich standen wir ohne Unterkunft da.
Am nächsten Tag haben wir uns beschwert und zumindest eine Rückerstattung gefordert. Ich habe sogar ein Beweis-Video zur Verfügung gestellt. Aber der Hotelbesitzer hat uns erst hingehalten und dann einfach nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Auch Booking.com konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!
Lage ist super, mitten in Heroldsberg 👍 Wasserkocher vorhanden. Badezimmer war sauber.
Wlan ist in Ordnung. Check in mit Code total easy.

Cons:

Leider nur Tee auf dem Zimmer und kein Kaffee

- The room was super nice, little kitchen, clean and modern in its look
- Good value..

Cons:

- When we arrived the electronic key panel on the door was not working properly. It took 10 - 15 try to open the door.
- There were no personal on the location, I looked in order to get help with the door.
- There were no phone number where anyone responded, I called in order to get help with the door.

- Another family arrived at the same time. They had issues with the door as well. When they got in it was a double room and not a Family room as they have booked. They had now to sleep in a double bed the whole Family with no help to be found.

Im allem ganz in Ordnung für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check In. Die Lage in dem Ort.

Cons:

Das der Aussenbereich leider noch nach Baustelle aussah und eine Kabeltrommel offen da stand. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind da und da schaut man auf Sicherheit.

Wejście za pomocą kodu do drzwi, co jest bardzo
