Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds and sun loungers.
Wasps everywhere. Pool wasn’t cleaned once in 10 days during stay. Rooms are small and no atmosphere.

Les lits séparés en couple ce n’est pas forcément confortable, le petit qui n’est vraiment pas passer, il y’avait de la rouille sur la douche.
Very central hotel, clean, nice and well organized. The room was spacious—we were four people and had plenty of space. Everything was close to us, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel! And the best part is that it’s very affordable.

Було брудно, один раз за 7 днів змінили постіль і рушники, прибиральниці не прибирали тоді коли їх просили, а просили майже кожен день, пліснява на стелі, погано працюючий кондиціонер, готель не зовсім відповідає фотографіям, таргани, прийшлось до купляти самим миючі засоби та туалетний папір, бо жодного разу не приносили

poca scelta nel buffet, cibi uguali tutti i giorni e non riforniti nell’orario di colazione/cena, è capitato di mangiare delle chips di banana durissime e chiaramente riciclate, per il distributore dell’acqua fredda ci siamo dovute lamentare per poi scoprire che lo spegnevano apposta per non sporcare, e l’acqua a disposizione era quella della macchina del caffè…
il letto “matrimoniale” richiesto era formato da due letti singoli che si dividevano ed era impossibile dormirci, oltre ad essere scomodi, abbiamo fatto la vacanza con il mal di schiena.
Per essere una “suite” era poco spaziosa, armadio poco capiente e cassaforte impossibile da usare in quanto non ci è stata nemmeno fornita la chiave.
Pool bar la sera inesistente, il personale mancava di continuo, è capitato di prendere una bottiglia di vino e al momento della richiesta il banconista mi ha guardato ha girato le spalle e dopo un po’ che lo stavo aspettando lo trovo fuori dall’hotel a fumare con altre persone, testimoni anche altri italiani al pool bar ad attendere. assurdo.
La signora delle pulizie di una maleducazione rara, con il cartello “do not disturb” alla porta, continuava a bussare per voler pulire invadendo la privacy, pulizie fatte male, lenzuola non cambiate e quando le cambiavano erano macchiate, al momento del check out ci ha viste avvicinarci alla reception quando la sentiamo esclamare felicità della nostra partenza pensando che noi non avremmo capito,
e con lei il direttore dell’hotel.
Non è questa l’accoglienza che ci aspettavamo, siamo rimaste assolutamente deluse, creta bellissima la prossima volta non sbaglieremo hotel
Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gut gereinigt worden. Das Frühstück war ok. Da ich nur eine Woche dort war, hat es mir gut gefallen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind die Zimmer zu klein.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht so gut funktioniert, da man die Balkontüre nicht richtig schließen konnte. Deshalb mussten wir den Defekt mehrmals es der Rezeption melden. Leider gibt es keine Haken in dem Zimmer, um Kleidungsstücke aufzuhängen. Der Kkeiderschrank war zu klein.
Auf dem Balkon konnte man die Strandtücher nicht aufhängen, da ein Wäscheständer fehlt.
Nel complesso struttura ben tenuta pulita e accogliente. Bella la piscina, ma non sempre pulita e giardino un po’ più curato.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt
Leider war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Schon die Balkontür im Zimmer war extrem schwer zu öffnen – man musste so stark ziehen, dass man sich fast den Nagel abbricht.
Auch das Frühstück war leider enttäuschend. Es waren kaum bzw. keine Mitarbeiter vor Ort, die benutztes Geschirr abräumten oder sich um den Frühstücksbereich kümmerten. Dadurch wirkte alles sehr verlassen.
Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr dreckig und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt und auch die Reinigung wurde meiner Meinung nach nicht ordentlich durchgeführt.
Besonders negativ fand ich außerdem, dass man keine Gäste empfangen durfte. Sobald man Besuch hatte, wurde der Mitarbeiter dort sehr unfreundlich und der Gast wurde sogar aus dem Hotel geschickt. Der Mitarbeiter, der abends dort war, war zudem sehr unfreundlich.
Auch Kakerlaken bzw. Insekten in den Zimmern sind für mich absolut nicht akzeptabel.
Das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel ist meiner Meinung nach die Lage. Ansonsten war ich leider sehr enttäuscht und würde dieses Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen nicht weiterempfehlen.
Lo staff, l’accoglienza,la posizione.nonostante la vicinanza alle vie centrali la camera molto ben insonorizzata. Siamo arrivati alle 9 del mattino e nonostante il ceck in fosse alle 15, ci hanno offerto la colazione! Il giorno della partenza, il nostro volo era alla mezzanotte, ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire di tutti loro servizi compreso la doccia e gli asciugamani! La receptionist Olivia top!
La camera molto piccola e poco spazio per sistemare i vestiti, sicuramente andava meglio per due persone e non per tre. Il divano materasso molto duro. Il letto matrimoniale non aveva un unico materasso ma due singoli, non uniti neanche da un unico lenzuolo.
Great location, just few min walk from all the restaurants and seaside. Great for families. Very safe and quiet at night.
Had some minor issues in the beginning of our stay regarding the variety of food available which we managed to resolve with the management. They made an effort which was very much appreciated.
