Super 😊. Ich als Gast sehr gerne wieder ins Hotel New Wave.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren hell, freundlich und sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war auch ideal.

Es gab nichts. Mir hat alles gefallen.

Stylishe Einrichtung, Lage zur Promenade und zum Stadtzentrum , check-in und check-out easy.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist durchaus nicht preiswert – umso erstaunlicher, wie hier am Gast gespart wird.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war bereits im gehobenen Preissegment, dennoch gab es bei den Kaffeespezialitäten offenbar eine Art Kontingent: Der erste Kaffee war noch frei wählbar, danach blieb nur noch Filterkaffee. Auch der Kaffee auf dem Zimmer war ein einmaliges Vergnügen – am ersten Tag. Auf die Nachfrage, ob man nachlegen könne, kam von der Rezeption der charmante Hinweis, man könne sich ja im Netto ein kleines Paket Kaffee kaufen.

Ein einzelner (!) Muffin zur Begrüßung im Doppelzimmer (immerhin mit zwei Gabeln) und ein einzelner Prosecco-Gutschein als Dankeschön für den Verzicht auf den Zimmerservice waren zwar nette Gesten, wirkten angesichts des Zimmerpreises aber eher wie der Versuch, mit minimalem Einsatz maximale Wertschätzung zu vermitteln.

Unser Fazit: Wer gehobene Preise aufruft, sollte auch bei den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten nicht knausern. Ein bisschen mehr Großzügigkeit hätte dem Aufenthalt definitiv gutgetan.
