Pros:

We had the family apartment which was really spacious, modern and spotlessly clean, with a nice kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher and hob, with everything we needed. We were supposed to be staying 4 nights, but unfortunately, our stay was delayed when we had car trouble and had to stay in Regensburg for the first 2 nights. The apartment is not in the old town but was very easy to get everywhere on the tram and U-Bahn and quick to get to the rally grounds. There were shops, cafes and a supermarket very nearby and a launderette if you need to wash any clothes. We were able to park in the courtyard at the back of the apartments and although there is normally a fee to park, the owner kindly waived this, given that we were only able to use the apartment for half the time we had booked. Overall, I think this is a really great place to stay and would be happy to stay again if we return to Nuremberg.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pros:

It's pretty convenient to walk to the subway station. Only 10 minutes walking and 4 stops to Messen. And 3 stops to downtown area.

Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich, sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat uns alles gezeigt, super beraten was Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen betraf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Viertel ist angenehm, die Tram gut erreichbar. Das Falk-Apartmenthaus empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Wir lieben es und haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung des Apartments war für uns optimal, der zubuchbare private Parkplatz sehr hilfreich.

Als Allergiker haben wir besonders die Abwesenheit von Teppichböden und die Sauberkeit des Quartiers geschätzt.

Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Altstadt war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, und einen Besuch wert.

Trotz der zentralen Lage war es absolut ruhig, und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem.

Cons:

Keine Beschwerde, sondern eine kleine Anregung:
In der Küche haben wir einen Gemüseschäler und einen Schöpflöffel vermisst.
Keine Ahnung, ob das ein individuelles Manko unseres Apartments oder ein generelles ist.

Ein gepflegtes Haus, in einer ruhigen Wohnbebauung. In der Nähe alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, vom Imbiss bis zur Schäufelewirtschaft.
