Spacious room, good central location (but noise not a problem) Good breakfast
Didn't use the restaurant for dinner - looked rather expensive if you didn't book a really early meal.
The bar looked nice
We had to park in an off site car park, £20 for 12 hours ending at 0530 am next day so I would need to get up walk to car park feed meter and walk back.
There were a number of staircases to bed room top floor, no lifts or help provided. The deluxe room was tiny, it was a hot day, no air con just a fan. the window was open with blind down numerous noise from street level. Under those conditions we didn’t check in and asked for a refund measure. We were told to take this matter up with trip advisor.
Very very tiny room. And tiny double bed. Not big enough for two people.
Breakfast was excellent, but there was no information about meal times in the folder in our room so we had to wait 20 minutes before placing our order.
Service at the evening meal was very slow. (It was very busy)
It was a hot evening - too much noise in the street outside to leave a window open - so we had to leave a noisy fan on all night
Allowed early check in as room was ready. Lovely big room, comfy bed. All good. And breakfast delicious

Great breakfast, staff and locations.
There were a number of cobwebs in the room not cleaned and the bathroom walls had a large amount of dust on them. However once pointed out this was quickly rectified.

Spotlesssly clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, the meal I had in the evening was very good and the service could not be faulted. Close to the centre of town and on the north side so not far to walk to the theatre either.
No complaints.
Amazing hotel. Rooms are so lovely and well appointed and the breakfast is superb.
