Cons:

Sadly the inn was closed when I stayed so it lacked atmosphere, previously when open it was a great place. I’m not sure if they notified me the inn was closed.

Pros:

Pub was closed for evening meals due to staff illness but breakfast wasn't affected.

Cons:

I was in a first floor self-contained building which was very comfortable but the downside was that it was only accessible by wooden stairs & I don't like stairs!

Beautiful village near Chippenham
Pros:

Friendly welcome, free parking good shower

Cons:

It was the easy access room but there was no grab rail in the shower. It was difficult for my husband to step in and out of the shower as tge strp was too high.
The sausages were poor, everything else about the breakfast was good, especially the bacon... very tasty.

A good value stay
Pros:

The owners are lovely, which is a key point to any stay and the cotton duvet and bed covers felt wonderful to slide into after a long day. I will happily return here.

Cons:

It is a shame that the pub itself is not currently open however you could hardly complain about the reasons why it currently runs as a B&B only and I wish them well.

Please improve on the quality of the sasauges, it makes a surprising difference to the whole feel of a place as often the breakfast is the parting memory.

Great b&b
Pros:

Very comfortable room, homely feel, Helen and Simon made me feel very welcome and went above and beyond after my car broke down when I came to leave. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
