Das Hotel Plai in Chișinău, Moldawien, ist ein wunderschönes Gebäude mit einer tollen Lage. Das Essen ist echt gut!

Cons:

Leider war das Personal eine große Enttäuschung. Als wir gegen 21:45 Uhr ankamen und gegen 22:00 Uhr das Zimmer bezogen, wurde uns gesagt, das Restaurant sei zu bzw. wir müssten jetzt gehen, obwohl es laut Angaben bis 23:00 Uhr geöffnet hatte. Wir waren draußen die einzigen Gäste. Das Personal sprach weder Rumänisch noch Englisch, nur Russisch. Bestellen war dadurch sehr schwierig. Beim Bezahlen wurde die Bedienung richtig beleidigt, weil wir kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Rechnung war auf Russisch. Das war so schlimm, dass wir die nächsten zwei Tage komplett ignoriert wurden. Daher verzichteten wir auch auf Frühstück im Hotel. Es ist extrem unangenehm, wenn man vom Hotel geschnitten wird, nur weil man kein Trinkgeld gibt. Der Service war nicht gut – er war schlecht. Trotz des schönen Gebäudes werde ich nicht wieder dort buchen.
