Absolutely disgusting property and manager.
Pros:

The boys at the reception were very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The rooms advertised are not at all what they actually are.
They were filthy and unhygienic.
We had a 6 nights reservation and paid the whole amount.
The room and the bathroom was dirty and not at all acceptable and we decided to check out.
We contacted the manager whom we could only communicate through by calling him.
We told him that we wanted to check out and he refused to check us out.
We also told him to charge us for the cancelation he still wouldn't.
We told the boys at the reception to check us out. But it was not their fault the were just following what they were told.
The manager started threatening us and started talking to us disrespectfully.
We had to call the police to resolve this and thats when we were able to check out.
We have still not received our refund.
I have tried contacting the manager for the refund but he is not responding to any of my texts.

My stay was disgusting wouldn’t recommend it to anybody
Cons:

The rooms were disgusting. They are nothing like what was advertised
There was blood on the bed sheets
The rooms were not dusted since ages
Bathrooms were disgusting
Toilet bowl was broken .
The hotel manager was not helpful at all, in-fact got abusive when we wanted to cancel and leave we had to call the police just to get the check out receipt. It was one hell of an experience
