Pros:

The room was spacious. Food was ok.even at late hours they took order

Nice stay at Viswa Grand for 2 days
Pros:

It was good but the breakfast spread remained the same on both days. A few changes here & there would have been good

Cons:

1) No room cleaning & replenishment of things like drinking water, coffee/ tea/ milk powder sachets by default on the next day
2) Restaurant service timelines were a bit slow & that too when it was hardly crowded!

Great stay, delicious food and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The facilities and helpful staff on time. Delicious lunch served in the restaurant including buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing much, just the room was little stinky as soon as we checked in the room and we were ok after sometime. An information pack about hotel placing in the room for guest like timings and where the facilities located would be helpful for the guest.
