Despite the unpleasantness, it was a budget.
Cons:

The first room I stayed became very smelly after a heavy rain. Foul smell came through from the toilet! They immediately changed a room for me.

The beds for both the room were too soft and sunken . I have to sleep at the edge.

Pros:

Centre location.. Just walking distance to get foods, stuffs and everything is located near to the hotel.. Very convenience.. Easy access to exit johor bahru and Kuala Lumpur..

Cons:

Nothing much.. Because the rate price for me is affordable.. I stayed 4dys n 3 nights..
