Nice Alpine 3 Star hotel..1 or 2nts okay for Innsbruck
Pros:

Nice 15min Bus 404 to the town. Beatiful and Green. Receptionist lady was smiley and delightful. Check in done online..so was a breeze!..Help yourself buffet for 20 Euros was good for a Hotel and filled me up! Beef Soup was like water..lol..Staff VERY welcoming and friendly. Room was average. I wish I had time for the pool and sauna but closed early at 8pm. Breakfast fantastic buffet..lots of it!

Cons:

City Tax has to be paid by cash unless you want to buy a meal and include it in when you settle for the meal. No one really carries cash anymore. Hot water took a good 7 minutes to come through on 4th floor..and no soaps or gels in bathroom..bit odd for a 3 Star hotel.

Gute Preis-Leistung!
Pros:

Das Doppelzimmer war gross und es gab einen Balkon.
Man darf Sauna und Schwimmbad ab 16 Uhr nutzen.

Cons:

Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Renovierung wäre gut.

餐饮部的服务和一视同仁经营理念需要大幅度提高

早餐的安排实在是令人失望！
我是散客，但却把我安排在中国团队用餐；
但也正是应为把我安排在了中国团队区，才让我发现了最令人不适的一面！
中国人团队用餐区，菜品极简单；（无蛋，无培根，无咖啡机，无水果…）（反应了也没用！）
对面的外国人团队用餐区相对丰富很多！（以上内容均有！）

我是住在奥地利维也纳22年的中国人，从事高端旅游行业。
本人来因斯布鲁克出差，一般都会选择单独住在这家酒店。之前的感受都还不错，就是这次的经历，实在是令人感觉很不舒服！

因为这次的体验，下次再来因斯布鲁克。我可能会谨慎选择啦。

Pros:

La piscine (même si un peu froide ) et le sauna. Nous n'avons pas pris les repas .
Petit déjeuner correct
Emplacement calme
Parking (limité en places)
Carte pour transports en commun gratuit et réductions sur certains sites

Cons:

Cet hotel reçoit les groupes et notre chambre (la 103) donnait sur la terrasse du restaurant. Nous avons dû garder les fenêtres fermées (pas de clim) à cause du bruit et de la fumée de cigarettes.
Nous n'avions pas de balcon (pourtant noté sur la réservation)
La SDB n'a pas de système d'aération ni de ventilation d'où une petite odeur.
La moquette (jolies edelweiss) mais un parquet flottant serait mieux.
Les clés font beaucoup de bruit.
