A very clean hotel with excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel One Jinnah Islamabad. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mehrab Nabi, who served breakfast every morning with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. We were also very grateful to be upgraded from a twin room to a comfortable suite, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only small disappointment was that we were charged for a few snacks from the minibar when checking out. We had assumed they were complimentary for guests. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was outstanding.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like—everything about the stay was perfect. From the service to the facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Good overall but could be better
Pros:

Room service and staff were all amazing and very friendly, from checkin to checkout all of the staff was amazing and very professional

Cons:

Had hair on my comforter but room service was quick to take care of it
TV's could be better, recommend getting smart tv's
Cable was really bad could not watch the news at all
