Excellent location. Friendly staff. Plenty of food options.

Cons:

Aircon made a huge noise when it came on intermittently. In the shower, hot and cold water taps were switched around, which lead to thinking there was no hot was when I needed a shower on a cold evening. I informed the staff.

Two weeks later, I stayed in the exact same room and nothing had changed.

Staff are friendly. In generally good value for money.

Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

We arrived at 9:30pm, met the friendly late night guard who had the envelope with our key, we parked right at our room and were relaxing a minute later. All very easy.

Ideal half way stop, great value for money, perfect for tired travellers
Pros:

The location is perfect especially for children. With good food options around and jungle gyms for the little ones.

Cons:

My only critique is that the heater in the room didn’t work, and they only provide one extra blanket.
