Very central, very friendly & helpful staff & a lovely roof top bar to end the evening.

Reception and restaurant staff were brilliant. Friendly, full of advice. Helped us save a load of hassle with taxi's and traffic jams at the right time of day by using the water taxi.
Only there for two days, and didn't get room cleaned. To be fair, she was there at 4pm on the second day and they probably get high turnover so have to do the other rooms first. Didn't really detract, but would have moved the stay from good to excellent.
Where do I even begin. We were a group of 10 and this stay was a disappointment from the moment we walked through the door.
First impression: the reception area smelled unpleasant — not what you expect when you’re paying Ibiza prices. The staff were cold and unhelpful, which set the tone for the rest of the stay.
The rooms are drastically misrepresented online. The photos look like a boutique hotel; reality is a very basic room with minimal character. We paid extra for a sea view room on the 1st floor — what we actually got was a direct view of a car garage. Completely misleading and a waste of money.
To make matters worse, four members of our group had mistakenly booked Ocean Drive Ibiza instead. We asked the hotel if they could accommodate a switch so our group could all be together — a perfectly reasonable request — and they flatly refused. They did mention we could use facilities at Talamanca, but there is no shuttle: you have to take a taxi at your own expense every single time. So much for group hospitality.
We left feeling misled, nickel-and-dimed, and frankly let down. Ibiza has plenty of better options at this price point.
Great staff, very helpful. Location was ok, felt a bit out of the action but it’s only a short ferry ride or 25min walk into town where there are more venue options. Room was spacious

Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich.
Nur nicht die Chefin, die uns das Ruhezeichen gezeigt hat, obwohl die LKW's dauerhaft vorbeigefahren sind und man sein eigenes Wort nicht gehört hat. Wir hatten einen 3jährigen Jungen dabei, der sich gefreut hat. Aber keine Störung war.
Aber wir wissen auch jetzt, warum das Hotel "Ocean Drive" heisst... aber 4 Uhr morgens fährt ein LKW nach dem anderen an diesem Hotel vorbei.
Wir hatten eine Kakerlake im Bad.
Kein Platz um einen Koffer zu öffnen.
Die Balkone waren komplett offen zu den benachbarten Balkonen. Keine Sicherheit.
Die Flure vor allem der Boden total abgenutzt.
