The location and the view are absolutely stunning and were definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the room was exceptionally small, especially for a 4-star hotel. The bed linens looked used and wrinkled rather than fresh. The bathroom was tiny and not well maintained, and the shower was visibly dirty. The towels were gray instead of clean white, which gave the impression that they were old and worn out. Overall, while the hotel has an amazing location and breathtaking views, the cleanliness and room standards did not meet the expectations of a 4-star property.

Une superbe vue et une localisation idéale un peu à l’écart de la foule , un accompagnement prévenant à l’arrivée et au départ., une suite confortable pour 3 personnes, un personnel aimable.
Une certaine déception quant à la propreté ( Jacuzzi très douteux, tout comme la piscine, verres peu nets au bar ou dans la chambre), draps de bain troués, robinetterie vieillissante .
On nous a servi au bar un verre de vin ( soit disant issu d’une bouteille) conservé dans une bouteille d’eau pour je ne sais quelle raison ….

Getting out of jacuzzi is very slippery as they have stone steps down, Breakfast is average, poor quality bread, requested French toast but the lady at reception said the chef can’t make it, the fried eggs were served cold everyday, orange juice glass was only half full, they don’t offer full English
Title: Perfect location and exceptional service
You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It offers a spectacular 180-degree view of the Caldera and sits within short walking distance of local restaurants and gathering hubs. Our room was stunning, carved directly into the stone in the authentic Santorini style but packed with modern comforts. A special thank you to the wonderful young woman at the reception desk. She was incredibly efficient, attentive, and caring, going far and beyond to make our stay flawless.

Le personnel est très très agréable et arrangeant. Encore merci pour ce séjour, nous en avons bien profité. Le petit déjeuner était très complet, nous avons manqué de rien. La température du jaccuzi était parfaite. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal tout est faisable à pieds. Nous avons trouvé un parking gratuit à quelques minutes de l’hôtel. Il est même possible d’aller jusqu’à Fira en 25 minutes à pieds.
Dommage que la température de la piscine principale soit un peu fraîche !

The location is about 30 mins walk along the cliff path to Fira but there are some beautiful restaurants within mi utes of the hotel. The pool is small but beautiful views the hotel never felt busy.
Nothing really. Be prepared for LOTS of steps but that is Santorini.
We loved the view it has some of the best views of santorini from both the pool/bar area and also from the room aswell! The staff were so friendly and didn't let us lift a finger the entire stay, carried our bags, breakfast delivered to the room! Such a lovely stay
