A reggeli, és az étkezőben a fogadtatás tökéletes, udvarias volt. Még a tejérzékenyekre is gondoltak! Nagy volt a választék, valóban minden igényt kielégített. Kecskemét győnyőrű, a szállás a lehető legjobb helyen van.
Az erkély és a szálloda kívülről. Olyan retró benyomást keltett, pedig belülről nem olyan.
Sajnos nem működött a jakuzzi. Jó lett volna, ha melegebb a medence vize.
A központban található, minden könnyen, gyorsan elérhető. Az étterem kíváló, az ételválaszték bőséges és finom. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. A wellness részleg is szuper, kár hogy a jakuzzi átmenetileg nem üzemel, de ezt minden platformon előre jelzik. A szobák szép tiszták, nagyon jó illatú ágyneműk, törölközők, köntösök.
4csillagos szálloda, felszereltségét tekintve és az étteremmel, illetve a wellness részleggel hozza is a színvonalat, viszont a superior szoba kicsit csalódás volt, egy felturbózott retro szoba volt. Egy elegánsnak tűnő szobàt csúfítja egy régi gagyi ajtó ami a két szoba közt van, a fürdőszoba is régi hatást kelt, mert az is, a ventillátor rettenetesen hangosan zúg, kattog, a víz alig akart lefolyni a kádban, a tükör is ezeréves. A szobában a szőnyeg látszik, hogy nagyon nagyon régi, koszos, kitisztíthatatlan foltokkal. Az ágy rettenetesen kényelmetlen, lejt mindenfelé. Retro erkély, leszakadt függönyök amiket alig lehet elhúzni. Se minibár, se kávéfőző/tea lehetőség a szobában.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out einfach und unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein Cityzimmer und das war sehr nett und alles sehr sauber. Das Hotel insgesamt sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und es war ausgesprochen lecker und sehr umfangreich. Es gab einfach alles und erdenkliche. Die Lage des Hotel ist im Zentrum einer sehr schönen Altstadt.
Ich kann nichts beanstanden.
