The staff and food was excellent
Pros:

The hotel is lovely but there are a lot of stairs and no air conditioning . They did give us a fan which saved us as our second floor south facing room was hot

Cons:

No air conditioning cans in a busy road which was noisy at times

Friendly staff, spacious comfortable room. Staff especially friendly and helpful. We had issues with our rental car and everyone jumped at the opportunity to help us. Breakfast included was very good.

Bathroom could use shelf or space for toiletries.

Good locale and restaurant is a good option but housekeeping needs training

Cons:

The housekeeping was a problem. The room was clean and they emptied the trash. We stayed 3 nights we only got water the first day. I requested and got an additional towel for my hair but housekeeping consistently took it away without replacing it. Left dirty towels on the floor and did not take dirty cup and saucer away. I had to ask for additional towel 2 nights. It was delayed hours because staffing was busy with the restaurant. But it would not have been an issue if housekeeping had replaced towels they took when cleaning the room. Also the room was fine but the hallway smells like mildew

Pros:

Geräumige & saubere Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Highlight war das Restaurant - Vegetarier kommen absolut auf ihre Kosten und die Allergene sind ausgezeichnet aufgeschlüsselt. Man fühlt sich sicher & abgeholt und die schwerste Frage am Abend war, welches Gericht man als nächstes aussuchen soll.

A cosy perfect getaway

Great stay at The Bianconi
Pros:

The place was exceptionally clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We dined two nights in the restaurant and one of the meals was the best i had in Ireland.
