Most of the staff were very helpful & friendly.
It was clean.
Double bed very lumpy; single bed creaked with every movement; had to turn off air conditioning due to rattling; only one person running breakfast inc booking people in, so stuff kept running out and had to keep asking for everything inc clean cups for coffee.
Other room, part of our family group, had door locking system break and hotel so worried about saving money it took ages before they final called a locksmith to get door open, so we missed out precious time with those we were visiting.
Emailed manager afterwards & chased it up, but received no reply
PS there wasn’t a cashpoint nearby, & nobody knew where nearest one was, which was inconvenient to me.

We have stayed at this hotel many times the Hotel and the Staff are First Class
The overall package which included breakfast and evening meal was excellent value for money and it did not come with any compromises in quality and quantity of food. The staff were also very friendly and responsive to any of our needs

Very convenient for the motorway. Good breakfast and charming staff.

Had dinner and breakfast, which was included in the price. Dinner was a 3-course meal from the set menu, very filling and delicious. Breakfast was decent, with enough options, but pricey if you paid separately.
Wet friendly helpful staff
The staff were amazing - particularly Mandy. When we mentioned that our room didn't have an teabags, she had a bag of essentials for the room waiting for us.
We asked for a room with a bath, which we got. However I think that all the baths in the hotel are very short in length, so I was unable to have a good soak! The room smelled of damp.

The excellent very full breakfast.
The staff exception was the hotel receptionist; when I asked for a room as close as possible to reception,
because of my impaired mobility, we were allocated just about the furthest room away - requiring a long and painful walk with 2 sticks down
a flight of stairs and hundreds of yards of corridors.
The rather cramped room was not designed for people with mobility problems; I was unable to have a shower because there was nothing to hold on in the cubicle.
WE couldn't get the TV to work.
Finaly, the bed was not big enough for 2 adults - would have preferred a King size bed.
The staff working both Friday and saturday in the evening where exceptional. Food quality was nice. If ever visiting Nottingham derby area would always stay here.
Location was ideal for us, the food was tasty, staff very attentive
Toilet/shower area was a bit tight, no shampoo available and only one pack of biscuits for two people staying.
