Clean room with a mini fridge. Not much soap left in the dispenser but I had my own

Nothing to dislike everything was great
The room would have been a good size but had a big sofa bed in it as well as the bed. Everything was modern, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast with choice of continental or full breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for us as we were going to a wedding in the area. There is a good bus service into Nottingham and Derby with a stop just a short distance from the hotel,

Very nice place. Staff very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them. Room was lovely and clean and was nice and cool for us when we arrived on a hot day. Breakfast service in the morning was brilliant. I would recommend staying here as its good value for money. Thank you again to all staff at the Holiday inn my family and I really enjoyed our stay

Staff friendly and location was great for us
On first sight I was apprehensive as the outside is very dated. Inside the hotel, however, it is very bright, modern and clean. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The bar was great and the breakfast was pretty good too. Every member of staff we met were fabulous - very friendly and helpful. I hadn’t expected it to be so good and I will definitely stay again when visiting local family.
We liked the friendly Manager on the night we arrived.
He looked after us.

It is spacious. Inside and out.
This place is a half way point for the journey to the north east, excellent stopping place and dogs allowed. We had a pizza each and we couldn't finish them not bad price absolutely Delicious
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in restaurant both were excellent. Sat outside with a drink on Saturday to enjoy the weather.
Only 2 of us in a family room but the bathroom was very small and only 1 person at a time could be in there. Not much walkway between the two beds so access was a bit cramped. Room was clean but looking a little tired. The entrance to the hotel site had the dreaded potholes which we did complain about as it went right across the one half of the road. Had stayed at this hotel before and was sad to see the difference in the room quality.
