Good for short stays. Clean area.

Close to the WTC on walking distance

Cons:

The hotel is located next to the highway and a hospital. Windows are not soundproof isolated, so it is noisy all the time. Even with the shades down. Sometimes sirens and cars horning are clearly audible.
