Recepcionista "Mala cara"

El cuarto se veía bien, estaba limpio y cómodo. Ls ubicación excelente debido a que cerca de ahí fui hacer unos trámites.

La atención de la recepcionista, las dos veces que me atendió con mala cara, contestando a secas y dándo información de mala manera. Deberían darle una plática sobre la empatía, el respeto y la atención que nos merecemos como consumidores.

pésimo servicio y limpieza
Pros:

nada todo fue malo lamentablemente (comprendo que es un hotel económico pero eso no quita que pueden cuidar mas el servicio al cliente y la limpieza )

las instalaciones fueron pésimas la limpieza igual cuando me acosté entre las sabanas se sentía tierra entre las mismas, lamentablemente parecía burdel el hotel, se escuchaban las relaciones intimas por todos lados y el servicio al cliente desde el lobby fue pésimo, cuando me metí a bañar la coladera se tapo y empezaron a salir cabellos largos de mujer de mi baño y se inundo completo
