Parking space good. Reception easy. Staff very helpful. Room comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Friendly fellow guests. Didn't have time to visit library, or sit in courtyard, which was a pity.
Room a bit small. Double bed against wall. Only one bedside table.
Basic but perfect for a stopover rather than drive. The place is well looked after and the sheets/towels etc were very clean. The breakfast choice was superb.
I managed to get a parking place but places are limited considering the number of rooms they have.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A young lad checked us in was very friendly, polite and helpful. The night porter was very polite and friendly. Very welcoming staff. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice. Good value for money
Nothing
The price was the main thing for me, I paid £164 pounds for 4 nights with continental breakfast which was great. Everything was great from the bar at the reception to the breakfast great value 👍
Nothing it was all great no faults
Perfectly good for a cheap stay. Basic accommodation and reasonable breakfast.
The only saving grace was the breakfast at the cafeteria.

Fab customer service. Nothing to much trouble. Rooms nice and spacious, could be a little cleaner, such as little cob webs on the walls and dirty toilet brush, but beds/bedding and towels were clean and fresh.
Room had two beds, tea coffee and biscuits of good supply. Surrounding area clean and looked after.
Satt very pleasant and polite, breakfast was good, nice selection of continental. Bar located at reception.
Definately book again. Nice location in quiet area, but not too far away from curry mile and local amenities.
Bus stop across the road which takes you to city centre, but we walked it which took us about an hour, which was all on the flat. Safe and secure car park.

Room could have been a little cleaner. There was cob webs on the wall and old toilet roll in the brush pan. But other than that was all good.

LE MENAGE ! En 5 jours rien n'a été fait ! Le problème est que j'ai une machine pour respirer la nuit et que j'ai dû pousser le lit pour accéder aux prises. Il y avait 2 cm de poussière sur le bord des plaintes. J'ai fait une réclamation. Le secrétariat m'a donné un carton pour que le ménage soit fait alors qu'elle savait parfaitement que rien ne serait fait. J ai redemandé le lendemain et elle m'a assuré que ce serait fait. Tromper le client est inadmissible. Le reste était très bien. Les locaux sont toutefois vétustes. Ne convient pas pour un séjour professionnel.
Reasonable location. Clean, basic and comfortable enough. Good shower. I had to ring down to ask for a towel and the receptionist fetched one IMMEDIATELY. She was very pleasant and helpful.
It's a bus ride from the centre of Manchester. It takes 15 / 20 minutes but the bus service is EXCELLENT.
I had a room on the Third /Top Floor.. It's a slog upstairs. The weather was VERY WARM / the room was very warm.
