Great location with hostel style standard
Pros:

Great location with gorgeous courtyard; very good breakfast and lovely staff; good size room en-suite.

Cons:

The whole property would need an update and it wasn’t very clean, but the price is fine for this and I am happy to go back!

Cons:

Shower didn’t work, Breakfast says 7am but only Coffee, fruit and Cereal out, seems like Kitchen staff didn’t arrive until 7.15ish then expecting hot food, only basket of i presume uncooked eggs came out , buns and croissants. I remember a good selection of hot foods from the past so I felt a little let down. And I couldn’t lock window in the room and its a sash window. Also staff were friendly but I felt not really interested. No apology about shower however said they would get someone to look. I was only there one night and only discovered shower not working in morning.

bringing my kid up to University - perfect location for an overnight before driving home
Pros:

Great value, everyone is friendly, fantastic breakfast, very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Its a little run down, needs a lick of paint here and there and some of the net curtains have holes in them although I don't really mind this considering how good value it is
