Pros:

Die wunderschöne Lage im Grünen, die komfortable Ausstattung des Hotels, die Grösse der Zimmer und das Büfett, was nicht zu toppen ist..und das fleißige Personal, das ständig auf saubere Tische im Speiseraum geachtet hat. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Trotz allem positiven über das Hotel, waren wir entsetzt über den ruhestörenden Lärm der Leute, die sich teilweise bis in die frühen Morgenstunden auf dem Balkon der Raucherlounge aufgehalten, getrunken und gelärmt haben. Wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof, gegenüber der Raucherlounge und somit schallte alles sehr laut! Wir konnten Kein Fenster wegen dem Lärm öffnen. wir waren auch sehr ungehalten, dass man im hotel solche Zustände duldet. Sollten wir noch einmal wiederkommen, nie mehr ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und in nähe solcher Raucherbalkone!!!! Deshalb haben wir unseren Aufenthalt nur mittelmäßig bewertet.

Pros:

Czysto, bardzo miły personel, codziennie sprzątano pokój. Lokalizacja też całkiem dobra. Fajny i duży kompleks basenowy. Każdy znajdzie tam coś dla siebie.

Cons:

Było dużo obcokrajowców, którzy nie wiedzieli co to cisza nocna. Dzieci biegały o 12 w nocy po korytarzu jak na placu zabaw. Jak na hotel o takiej renomie nie do końca jestem zadowolona z wyżywienia. Nie do końca moje smaki i niezbyt duży wybór. Na pewno jadłam lepiej w tańszych obiektach w Polsce.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani.
Pros:

Wszystko było super. Czystość i opieka personelu na najwyższym poziomie. Masa atrakcji dla rodzin z dziećmi. Baseny podgrzewane. Liczne animacje. Animatorzy sympatyczni. Jedzenie dobre i urozmaicone.

Cons:

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Very nice stay for my family.
Pros:

The food was excellent with portion size and variety, there were fun activities for kids, and the pool was nice as well.

Cons:

For paying guests, I did not like the fact that I had to pay for my parking. This was an unwelcome extra expense. I recommend not requiring this for paying hotel guests. Day visitors should pay.

Schönes Hotel, aber nicht für Personen ohne Kinder
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, schön, malerisch gelegen am Tałtasee .
Das Zimmer war bequem und groß genug für 2 Personen. Großer Balkon mit fantastischer Ausblick auf die Seenplatte.
Viele Angebote zum Freizeit Gestaltung. Interessante Fahradstrecken. Gute Verbindung in die Stadt Mikołajki per Elektrobus. Große Auswahl am Buffet in dem Speisesaal.

Cons:

Sehr viele junge Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Keine Möglichkeit dem Lärm zu entgehen.Sehr laute Animation für Kinder ab 16.00 bis 20.00 Uhr auf dem Strand links von unserem Balkon und Disco auf der Promenade rechts, auch sehr, sehr laut. Keine Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu entspannen, Buch lesen oder einfach sitzen und die schöne Aussicht genießen. Zimmer sehr hellhörig! Durch die Belüftung hörten wir alle Gespräche der mehrköpfiger Familie über uns. Sogar in dem Cafe nach 21.00 Uhr, lärmende Kinder rumlaufend um die Tische.
Auf kleiner Fläche Lamas und Schafe zum Gäste unterhalten, zwar im Schatten aber auf kahlen Wiese ohne einen einzigen grünen Grasshalm und frischem Trinkwasser.s.Fotos.
Keine Aussichtplatform im Hotel um Mikołajki aus der Perspektive von oben zu sehen. Schade, gerade während unseren Aufenthalts gab es die Sonnenfinsternis.
Zu kleine TV Programme Auswahl.
