Good value friendly small hotel
Pros:

The location was great, staff were so kind & helpful & it had a great character to the building.

I booked a budget room so the amenities were very fair for the price. The bed was super comfortable, great pillows.

Cons:

I missed not having a kettle in the room for my own hot drinks. I asked the hotel staff in every instance for my water & they were extremely obliging so I didn’t mind too much!

Un hotel tranquilo y bien ubicado
Pros:

Ubicado bien en La Colonia Roma, bastante circa a bares y restaurantes. Cama, bano, ducha - todo funciono bien. El estilo del hotel es muy elegante.

Cons:

Un bar para echar algunos tragos no hubiera sido mal cosa.

It was perfect! Thanks to the staff!
Pros:

Francisco and Diego were amazing! Such warm friendly staff, they went beyond to make me feel comfortable. The room was great, they upgraded me to huge room, daily gifts. So safe and walkable.

Cons:

No air conditioning or fan in the room, but the great price, cleaning, and staff made it worth it.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, the common areas were very interesting in design.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. There was always someone kind and eager to help us out at all times.

Cons:

Seemed a little quiet when we were there. the common areas were not in use by anyone.

Great staff and location but basic room
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we got a welcome shot of mezcal at check in and a pouch of colourful quartz stones on check out. The bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent within walking distance of lots of great bars and restaurants and very safe.

Cons:

Our window was entirely internal. I had read reviews of windows opening to the elevator but assumed this was to an internal courtyard however it was completely internal to the stairway so we could not open our window at all. The room was very stuffy.

It was advertised that there was a coffee maker and safe in the room but we had neither and had to ask for both to be brought. The coffee machine came with pods that we would be charged 50 pesos for each refill. There was basic coffee available each day in the lobby instead (1 per person).

Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La atención del personal fue excelente, apoyándonos en todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es excelente, con muchos restaurantes, cafés y bares cerca, además del parque España que queda a la par.

Cons:

Falta un ventilador en la habitación y una plancha de ropa.

Love it
Pros:

This hotel’s location is absolutely amazing, and it’s very comfortable as well. The room is not too small and cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I even received a small gift at check-out, which was such a thoughtful and cute surprise. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, with plenty of lovely places nearby where you can spend time, relax, and explore.

Cons:

I felt a little cold in the room, maybe some heating system can be helpful ☺️

Highly recommended for location, value, comfort, and helpful concierge.
Pros:

Location is ideal. The concierges are extremely nice and helpful, with excellent English. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was a bit creaky, and there is no outside window in the room. Otherwise, the rooms are excellent.
