Pros:

Ubicación excelente, personal muy amable, habitación cómoda y limpia.

Recomendado totalmente, precio, zona, instalaciones y personal
Pros:

Instalaciones muy lindas, limpias y acogedoras. Ubicación excelente con muchas cosas caminables entre Roma Condesa y un poco más lejos, (30 min caminando) Zona rosa, El Angel en Reforma y el bosque de chapultepec.
Atención de todo el personal muy amables desde que llegas hasta que te vas, diversas cortesias tanto comestibles y otros detallitos al final, eso se aprecia y diferencia de los demás. Por el precio me quedó muy satisfecho.

Cons:

Se llega a sentir algo de calor a ratos debido a la falta de ventilación activa en las habitaciones, creo que ofrecen ventiladores si los necesitas pero no llegamos a sentir tanto como para eso, puede que en verano si sean necesarios .
Ah y el baño es pequeño, no es el fin del mundo pero hay que tener cuidado de no golpearse por si se te olvida jaja.

Pros:

The location is amazing. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff was also very nice and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny! The shower was clogged and the bed sheets didn’t fit properly so a part of the mattress was uncovered. It didn’t have AC so I had to open the window for it to be fresh but there was lots of noise

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and all around great service. For the price and location, hard to beat.
Pros:

Location is about as good as it gets. I love being able to wake up, get coffee next door, and walk through the park. I also liked the design of the hotel. The front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No A/C so can get a little hot, but they offered a fan up front which was great.

El personal en recepción es muy amable y te ayuda con toda la información necesaria. La ubicación del hotel es excelente porque te quedan cerca varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad, la zona es segura.
