Right in the center of Pazardjik, close to everything. It's a bit old fasioned, but location is what mostly mattered to us.
The facilities are a bit outdated, which is expected since the hotel has been there for years
Die Betten waren hervorragend
Der Fußboden nach dem Duschen (Vorhang ) war glatt. Das ganze Badezimmer war nass. Duschkabine würde das ganze Problem lösen.
The hotel is central. We went for work. I’ve stayed before so I thought I knew what to expect. It’s clean and comfortable.
The hotel management have changed their marketing policy. We were there four nights but every night there were wedding parties and a prom night. It was a total nightmare. Thursday the music did not stop until midnight but the volume was ridiculous.
Friday was another wedding which went on until 2am - again music and noise was so bad we couldn’t sleep.
Saturday was a high school prom. Police were on duty in the hotel all night! The music went on until 4am. The base was so loud the windows were shaking and we were three floors above it! The kids were running around the corridors banging on doors. Again no sleep when we had long work days ahead.
Our last night we were leaving at 2am to drive to the airport. Guess what - another party night! Again no sleep before a night drive to Sofia. Again the police were sitting in reception but doing nothing. We watched party guests stealing items from the hotel for fun.
We complained to the receptionist who was obviously tired of it too and she said it’s down to the management’s policy.
There were badminton sports teams of high school kids staying from Turkey and India. Theywere playing in a tournament in town. They complained too. The Turkish coach told us they’d made it to the final but his players were exhausted.
We like the hotel but probably won’t stay there again. We had maybe 6 hours sleep over four nights and got home totally shattered.
They are obviously trying to cash in on a local market and are sacrificing the international visitors. It’s a pity.
Excellent staff, great location, clean rooms, good breakfast
Bed on the soft side, pillows felt like they have reached retirement age.
Локацията е перфектна! Топло е, уютно!Има всичко необходимо за приятен престой!
Чистотата не е на 100%, имаше паяжини по стените.
We booked this hotel for one night very much last-minute after changing plans.
The price was extremely reasonable for a modern city centre hotel, and the member of staff on reception was very helpful in finding a room with a bath even though we'd been allocated one with a shower.
The room was very elegant and seemed to have been recently refurbished. Excellent value for the price we paid.
We were disappointed that the hotel restaurant wasn't open when we arrived, as it was supper time, we were rather tired and it came on to pour with rain for over an hour just after we arrived. Breakfast was also rather disappointing.
The rooms were quite roomy and the place was very clean. Staff was willing to help and was very understanding towards non-standard requests.
The furniture and the decoration was feeling slightly old. The elevators were slow in general. The breakfast offerings could have been better or at least fresher.
