Good location
Room was clean and perfect location for enjoying the restaurants and local vibes. The staffs were very gentle and profeassional. The breakfast was superb. They have a nice cozy cafe- which opens from early morning.
We used the top floor - the water pressure was a bit weak but it works for us

The staff is incredible. They took care of every detail and solved any issue I had, not only at the hotel but also with culture, language, or money. They knew how to handle all my landing problems. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend staying there, and if I return to that part of the city, I will definitely stay again.
The elevator was slow. If that’s the only complaint I can think of you can tell how great my stay was. Fantastic!

It is cozy, personable and clean.
Staff were very friendly and too very good care of us. Rooms were clean and location is close to the Russian market, bars and restaurants.
Located close to plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops. Short grab ride from most main attractions. Comfy bed, good air-con, nice balcony & large smart TV. Enough space in wardrobe to store both suitcases. All staff we encountered were very pleasant. Very good value.
Rooms aren’t very soundproof so it can be a bit noisy at times. Shower was a bit small and not the easiest to adjust temperature wise. Overall both were very minor issues.
What I liked most about the property was how clean and comfortable everything was, especially the bed. The location was excellent and made getting around very easy. But honestly, the best part of the stay was the staff — they were absolutely incredible. I have never felt more welcome at a hotel, and their kindness and hospitality really made the experience special.
One downside was that the doors are quite loud when other guests close them, especially with the wooden “Do Not Disturb” signs, which tend to rattle. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers. Also, there is no swimming pool, and the property is not very accessible for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility, as there are a lot of stairs.

For 1 person, room size adequate but a couple it would be claustrophobic.
