Good Service, And a good behaviour of staff
Perfect location in Tapovan. Quiet area with garden, pool, terrasse of Soul coffee.
Clean rooms, nice staff and restaurants, recommend. Hotel water available.
Swimming pool not really maintained, water not 2, clean inside.
Beds a bit too short (178 cm long)
This property is well located in Rishikesh. It is a short walk to Laxman Jhula bridge and the shops around that location. The beds are reasonably comfortable although the pillows are lumpy. The breakfast is reasonable but nothing to rave about. The hotel will organise taxi pick ups from the airport or drops in Delhi.
The Hotel is very slack at checking Booking.com messages. They sent us a message asking if we wanted an airport pick up which I responded in the affirmative. It took days to get a response from them. The front desk is particularly difficult to deal with. There is a general lack of attention to detail. The rooms and the hotel are very dated. Everything needs a good clean and a new paint job. Our bathroom was really smelly as if something was dead in the toilet or basin.

ヨガマットもべたべたに濡れている。
無料だから？オフシーズンだから？先生はいない。

Rooms are big. Place is nice, but a bit complicated. Place for swimming pool and very nice cafe available.

the property showed signs of ageing, fairly simple furniture and ambience

Breakfast was up to the mark
When we arrived security was not cooperative ( luggage handled by us in the entrance instead of security ( like putting the luggage in the luggage scanner )
Very good staff and very good property. their both restaurants have amazing food
