לא מצדיק את המחיר הגבוהה, לא חושב שנחזור להתארח שוב באותו מקום!
Pros:

הגינון והטיפוח של המתחם היה מרשים ,ומתוחזק ברמה טובה מאוד.
הצוות ברובו מעולה ,הפריע לי העובדים הזרים שלא יכולים לתקשר עם האורחים.

Cons:

ארוחת הערב היתה אכזבה גדולה מאוד, המנות העיקריות היו קרות !!
ביצענו שידרוג יקר מאוד לסוויטה נשיאותית ,ציפיתי שלפחות האוכל יהיה ברמה גבוהה!!!

High-class magical place that combines nature with great attention to detail and service!
Pros:

The place is magical.. you feel the labor of love put in by the founder. The trees, plants and flowers are really special all along the inside and outside of the property. Paired with Isrotel hospitality it provides a high level of service. Highly recommend.

Cons:

We didn't book massages in advance and there was only one opening for the duration of our stay. So only one of us could get a massage... so book yours in advance!

ממלון כל כך יוקרתי לא ציפיתי לכאלו טעויות. המקום מאד יפה אך יקר מדי

ארוחת בוקר טעימה, הנוף מקסים וגם המקלחת נעימה מאד

Cons:

ביקשתי מראש ובדקתי 3 פעמים שלא יהיו נוצות בכלי המיטה כוון שאני אלרגית.
בפועל כל 4 הכריות היו עם נוצות וזה גילינו רק בלילה כששבנו לחדר. החלופה שהגיעה כשבקשתי החלפה היו כריות קשות מאד מפוצצות בריח אפטר שייב. כמובן שלא יכולנו לישון איתן

מיקום מול חרמון מושלג. עיצוב פנים מוקפד ומתוחזק ברמה מושלמת. חדר נוח מול נוף חדר אמבטיה מרווח עם...ריצפה מחוממת. צוות שמחפש איך לעזור. מנהל קבלה-אליאס-מגוייס למצוא פתרונות ולעזור. ארוחות של המלון ערב ובוקר ברמה שלא מוכרת במלונות מדרגה גבוהה ביותר. אין רשות לפרסם את שמי המלא. נא להקפיד.

So relaxing and breathtaking views!
Pros:

The hotel is really carefully curated, there are little reading corners everywhere. It probably has a large capacity but you don't feel that the hotel is busy. We loved the breakfast and our room was gorgeous. Overall, it was an incredibly relaxing, pampering stay.

Cons:

I was disappointed the hotel restaurant doesn't serve meat. There is a steakhouse on the property that is pretty good but not excellent - but there are also many excellent restaurants in the vicinity.
