非常滿意
Pros:

GRACE是這趟旅程最完美的飯店，從check in開始，行李有人服務運送、有氣泡酒喝，以及詳細的飯店講解。
房間很大，窗外的湖景非常漂亮，不管是床、桌椅、浴室都非常滿意，最令人驚訝的是mini bar放滿汽水、啤酒等零食，第一次是免費的，都可以享用。
早餐也是非常豐盛，樣式很多也很好吃，同時還可以欣賞窗外的雪，太棒了。

perfect base for exploring the wonderful Swiss passes.
Pros:

Everything, especially the staff in the person of the sommelier of the restaurant who was very kind, knowledgable and gave us great advices to get the best experience of the city. The valets were also super nice and arranged to clean our cars for the rest of our trip.

Cons:

We would have loved to get access to the BeefBar, but it was too early in the season.

Tudo perfeito! Do spa, ao quarto, o hotel é lindíssimo e muito bem organizado e novinho. Perto do centrinho. Em frente a estação de trem. Para quem chega pelo Bernina Express é só descer e subir para o hotel! Nota 10!
