This is a luxury hotel located just steps away from the train station. Our rooms were in the renovated area of the hotel. They were well appointed and the beds extremely comfortable (I believe they even have a "pillow menu"). We had breakfast and dinner at The View and both were excellent. The bar and restaurant areas are beautiful and a view of the lake can be enjoyed. We stayed here "off season" so not a lot of the stores were open and the center of town is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Even though the train station is extremely accessible, it was raining when we checked out and the hotel was happy to provide shuttle service so we did not have to worry about our luggage getting wet. There is a tunnel which makes the lake very accessible and the combination of the lake and the Alps provide a breathtaking view. Our stay was enhanced by the attentiveness of the staff.

If I could give Hotel Grace La Margna more than five stars, I would! Every detail of this hotel is meticulously thought out and top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly, providing high-quality service that makes you feel truly valued.
The views of the Alps are breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the town and minutes from the train station. The kids' club and pool/ spa are one of the best I've seen, and the welcome drinks/treats were a lovely touch.
Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings, making our stay even more enjoyable. We dined at The View restaurant a couple of times during our stay in the hotel. The food was exceptional!They even surprised my son on his birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Overall, the ambience, food quality, drinks, and the efficiency of the staff surpasses expectations and sets a new standard that’s hard to compete with. This hotel truly delivers perfection in every way!
We loved everything : the location, the views from the restaurant, bar and lounge is breathtaking. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are excellent ! Transport & transfers were convenient.

We loved everything about our stay and many other 5* hotels could learn a thing or two from Grace! We were met at the station by the friendlist driver, then with a welcome drink on arrival, and a lovely tour of the hotel. The facilities are modern and stylish, from the rooms to the gym, and we really enjoyed using the spa, steam room, relaxation rooms - all of which is included in the price. Breakfast is also amazing!! They have a croissant trolley which says it all. The dinner was great too - guinea fowl dish was the standout.
Hard to sum up but what really made the difference from other hotels was the little touches: fresh fruit, cakes and nuts available in the room each day, pillow service, first round of minibar was complimentary, protein bars in the gym and regularly replenished water. They also made such an effort to make our visit special because we were celebrating a birthday. Whilst an expensive stay, you feel like you get your money's worth because of how thoughtfully everything is done. Even when we left in a privately organised taxi, they made sure our driver had water for our journey back to the airport. A classy place!
Rooms could have been ever-so-slightly bigger but it doesn't take anything away from the experience.
