Дуже сподобалося перебування в готелі, чистота, своєчасна заміна рушників. Найвища похвала персоналу, особливо працівникам ресторану. Наступного разу знову виберемо цей готель

Старий ремонт , дуже низькі стелі
Ввічливий персонал, достатньо чисто.
Старий совковий готель нашвидкоруч перероблений під сучасність, але дуже топорно… беручи до уваги що сильно немає конкурентів у Тернополі так воно і залишеться скоріш за все.
Локализация
Чистота и соответствие цены и удобств в номере , не хватало маленьких бытовых вещей таких как утюг и чайник
Дуже близько до набережної та центру, є ліфт та ресторан (доступні ціни), смачні сніданки (шведська лінія), зручні ліжка й подушки. Дівчата на рецепції заселили раніше, паркування на території безкоштовне.
У номері під ліжком пил, в кондиціонері пил, дуже посереднє прибирання. Туалетній кімнаті не вистачає нормальної витяжки.
