SCHÖNE, SAUBERE GEPFLEGTE ZIMMER, SEHR FREUNDLICHES UND HILFSBEREITES PERSONAL, SCHÖNER SPA BEREICH, TOLLES FRÜHSTÜCK MIT LOKALEN SPEZIALITÄTEN, EMPFEHLENSWERT IST DAS ABENDESSEN.
GUTER AUSGANGSPUNKT FÜR WANDERUNGEN UND EIN KENNENLERNEN DER UMGEBUNG, INTERESSANT DIE BESONDERHEITEN IM TEILWEISE NOCH ERHALTENEN GORALISCHEN BAUSTIL DER HÄUSER, AUCH DIE KULINARIK DER GEGEND IST SEHR GUT.

Skvelý pobyt na oddych aj zábavu.
Pros:

Rezerváciu som bookla pre rodičov ku otcovej 60tke - toto sú ich slová.
Absolútne úžasný hotel, skvelý personál, perfektné jedlo kde po mnohých pokusoch po Slovensku, tuna bryndzové halušky nesklamali.
Čisté priestory a vybavenie. Škoda že je to pre nás ďalej. Určite ešte prídeme! Ďakujeme za úžasný víkend.

Pros:

Úžasný mladý personál (100 bodov), obsluha, jedlo vynikajúce. Ubytovanie pekné, čisté, vynikajúci matrac.

Cons:

nepáčilo sa mi, že bol bar (na izbe) prázdny a že na balkónoch nie je zástena, aby nebolo vidieť do izby z vedľajšieho balkóna

Pros:

Rezervovali sme si izbu, ale hotel už bol plne obsadený. Tvrdili, že rezerváciu nevedia zrušiť, no telefonicky nás uistili, že nám peniaze nestrhnú. Nakoniec nám ich naozaj nestrhli, ale celkový prístup a komunikácia pôsobili zvláštne a nie úplne príjemne. Škoda, na fotkách hotel vyzerá super.

Jediná vec - kuchyňa len do 19:30. Trošku ťažko sa to kombinovalo s wellnesom.
