Pros:

The location was perfect and the room was very big. Although being under reformation the room was clean.

Highly recommend for short term stay since the location is perfect: close to the sea, a lot of cafes around.
Pros:

Cons:

No conditioner for hair, no tea, the shower is built so that there is a lot of water on the floor after you take it and one towel on the floor is not enough to absorb it.

Terribile experience

It was not he room i booked, the size,the photos showed totally different from the one in my booking account,,the wc didn t worked and i asked another room,which they did not wanted to give me.......but after 30 min calling the manager,they did give one smaller,older, ugly ... ...
I was exhausted with my 6 years child after midnight, a long trip, in Varna after 11 pm getting a taxi from airport take forever,trying to check in my room i reserved,almost 1 hour..going up 6 floor and down with the luggage (the key was wrong,wc didn t work, the pasword wifi left in the reception,changing the room etc)......i have never seen a hotel that treat customers in this way, mother and child in the lobby for 1 hour after midnight....
The reception person, didn t speak english, just bulgarian, he tryed to fix the wc, was in the middle of .....me trying to get my room to finalley rest and his boss which didn t wanted to give me a better,functional room.
One situation unbelivable,never happen to me.
I would walk away and change the place,but i guess 1 in the morning is impossibile.
The door in the bathroom didn t close, and it looked liked from the bathroom insects might come..the carpets were dirty...the shower didn t have a cabin.
