Абсолютно нищо!

Cons:

“Хотела” е в ремонта, ама не козметичен, а основен, за което не бях информирана по никакъв начин, дори при настаняването на рецепция! Етажите са строителни площадки! Сутрин започваха ремонта ок.8 часа, без да се съобразяват с това, че има настанени хора по стаите. Асансьора беше в критично състояние, както и останалите общи части, които бяха покрити с найлон! НЕДОПУСТИМО Е ! Така клиенти не се печелят!

A fost bine, nu suntem prea mofturosi.
Cons:

Am nimerit in perioada de renovari. Apa rece se oprea pe la 9,30. Apa calda se oprea pe la 8,30. Din pacate, nu puteai folosi toaleta in timpul zilei (lipsa apa). seara pe la 17-18 revenea apa (si rece si calda). Relativ a fost bine, salariatii hotelului n-au avut nici o vina.
Ar fi trebuit apilacata o reducere totusi. Si, ar fi trebuit sa fim anuntati - din politete.
Ne-am descurcat facand plimbari lungi prin oras si prin parc.
