Pros:

Excelente ubicación cerca de todo. Paola es una excelente anfitriona y con muy buena actitud. Las habitaciones súper limpias. Muy agradable. Muy recomendado.

Warm welcome at the edge of the desert
Pros:

The check-in lady was wonderful. She greeted me with ice water and had me in my room in minutes after a hot ride in. The AC works well, and the Starlink internet is fast. I ordered dinner at the hotel, and it was easy. There are two free parking lots. Motorcycle Riders should use the one by reception, which is well lit and covered by cameras. The other is gated but unlocked and darker.

Cons:

The room is small and simple. The water is warm, not hot, because it seems to be sun heated with no electric shower heater. In this heat that’s fine. Some music drifts over from neighboring hotels, but it wasn’t bad. Cash only.

Excelente experiencia de principio a fin. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, cómodas y limpias, y la atención del personal fue excepcional: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudarnos. También queremos destacar los guías que nos recomendaron para conocer la Tatacoa; fueron excelentes, muy atentos y hicieron que disfrutáramos muchísimo más la experiencia. La ubicación es perfecta y nuestra estadía en familia fue espectacular. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos 100 %.

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy atento y servicial, cuenta con unas instalaciones bastante cómodas, limpias y muy agradables. Es general es un excelente hotel para descansar y recorrer el desierto. 100% recomendado.

Cons:

No hay un solo aspecto del hotel que me disgustara a mi o a mi familia, todo bastante perfecto durante mi estadía.
