The accommodation was tired and in need of a refurbishment, it looked very rundown. Every floorboard creaked and some dipped when walked on. The restaurant served very average food, quite tasteless. Mashed potato was definitely powdered.
The location is great being close to the Weedon village and also the canal and motorway. The hotel is 20 min drive rom Silverstone which was our main reason to visit. There were plenty of bars and cafes nearby with music and memorabilia and some with their own brewery. Friendly staff and a good breakfast in a nice restaurant, Plenty of parking space.
The hotel needs a bit of TLC

Hello everyone,just to let you know don't stay here and don't waste your money in the restaurant,the food was no good over cooked .when asked what we were havening the waitress came back in 1 min and it was red hot obviously been sitting udder lamps it was uneatable and the rooms would of been good in the 70s ,fine some where else.
the whole hotel looks very shabby in need of a good paint. The front actually looks derelict. The rooms are very tired and our room smelt very stale and bad when we arrived. The toilet is in need of bleach!
there does not seem to be enough staff on and the lady on reception when we arrived was not very welcoming at all. such a disappointment.
Mooi gelegen op (drukke) verbindingsweg. Toch geen last van verkeer of lawaai, dank zij de opstelling (lay-out) van hotel. Grote off-street parking, en appart hotel-gedeelte (los van pub en restaurant). Ruime nette kamer, zelf had ik een 'hoek'kamer waardoor er twee ramen waren op verschillende muren, dus verluchting en koeling waren zeer doeltreffend (buitentemp. 25°C-30°C). Ontvangst zeer vriendelijk en doeltreffend, personeel (receptie, restaurant) uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam . . . Ontbijt naar keuze en heel lekker verzorgd. Wanneer in de regio ga ik zeker terug . . .
