Have stayed there a number of times and generally found it to be pleasant basic accommodation.
Pros:

Breakfast not provided. Shower floor was slippery. Unit was clean. Other cars parked in front of our unit.

Cons:

There is no onsite person.
Loved seeing the local duck population with ten new ducklings wandering into the pool area, but what a mess they made in the water and around the edges of the pool. Disgusting.

Pros:

Rooms clean and large. Very handy to town.
We had a dog friendly room with a small courtyard which is great travelling with a small dog.

Cons:

Unfortunately the courtyard did not have a blade of grass, unlike the others.
The walls were paper thin so could hear everything going on in other rooms, plus late check-in in room next door

Ideal for 1 or 2 nights, central, dated but very clean and tidy both inside and out. Would use again
Cons:

More solid door, without a gap all the way around, although there was a strong chain on the door which is good. I am from a light sleeper and could hear the traffic quite clear and it started from 4.30 am.

Everything was great.
Seamless self check in, room clean and up to date. Mattress was the best we had slept on so far in our travels.

Cons:

Couldn't rate staff as it was self check in. However communication was fine.

A great place for the dog, the town is lovely to walk around as well. We will stay here again.
Pros:

We’ve stayed here 3 times, it’s such a good setup for the dog and a good sized room overall.

Cons:

Neighbours in the next room were noisy and smoking near our open door but we just got unlucky this time.
