a pleasant stay with all you can need
Pros:

it was a nice stay, staff was very helpful and it was clean. It is located directly in the middle of the center so it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants. A very nice place to stay especially when you get food poisoned (like myself) in one of the center cafés where I took the breakfast - and need to run to a bathroom - this is why you stay in or near the city center 😄

Great stay. We initially checked in for one night, but decided to extend by another night because Phi Phi Islands was amazing.
The rooms were clean and all the staff were nice and friendly. The only downside was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom at times. The AC and everything else worked as expected.
Very good location, right in the heart of Phi Phi (as someone else mentioned) and only around 6-7 minutes walk from the port.
Would happily stay here again if we return one day.

Fantastic location and amazing staff, looking forward to return
Pros:

Everyone was so kind and friendly, loved the people at our hotel! Great location whether you want to go on scuba-diving, visiting the beaches, daily boat trips or island hopping. Lots of great places to eat or grab a coffee nearby

Good for a couple of nights and very central
Pros:

Very central and the room was ready even before the e official check in time. The staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

The hot water wasn’t running, it was problematic and as such the hotel needed to fix it, so we couldn’t really take a warm shower the moment we wanted. But they fixed it eventually
