A well-located hotel with friendly staff, but cleanliness and guest assistance could be improved.
Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the hotel's location was excellent. Many of Zipaquirá's main attractions were within walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the town. I also appreciated that the shower included both shampoo and conditioner.

Cons:

The bedsheets did not feel completely clean, and my pillow had an unpleasant smell. I was also disappointed with the assistance when I asked the front desk to call a taxi to the bus terminal. I was simply advised to hail one from the street, and we ended up struggling for several minutes before finding a taxi. I will not return.

The location is very close to everiting, I recommend it 80%
Pros:

The staff Janeth and Mayerly were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok

Cons:

The property is too old and does not have elevator. My room was five floor I have to up the stairs with my luggage.

La ubicación de este hotel es inmejorable muy cerca de las principales atracciones del pueblo. Estaba todo muy limpio y el desayuno era bastante correcto. Muy cerca de donde deja los autobuses que van a Bogotà o vienen de Bogotà
