wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage war toll. Direkt neben dem Aufgang zur Düne. Die Einkaufsstraße nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Parkplatz lag ebenfalls wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Im Innenhof des Hotels kann man die Fahrräder abstellen. Strom zum Laden der Fahrräder ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Nice but warm
Pros:

Lovely looking rooms, great location.

Cons:

No airco, fridge in the room didn’t work.
For such an expensive room to have like 26 degrees inside was unexpected. And it was not even in the summer.
We got an email on the first day, that dogs are not supposed to be in the room alone. Such information needs to be said at booking. My dog sleeps like 10 hrs a day, she is super easy, peaceful, never destroyed anything and doesn’t bark. But I cannot bring her to the beach the whole day, we always leave her in the hotel room in the warmest hours.

Tolle Lage, sehr angenehmer Service, sehr mäßiges Zimmer.
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell, das Personal war sehr freundlich!!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war für den sehr hohen Preis ausgesprochen klein, mit einem winzigen Badezimmer und einem Fenster mit Ausblick vor eine Hauswand. Da hatten wir uns - insbesondere für den Preis - mehr versprochen.

Fijn hotel en heerlijk locatie
Pros:

Locatie en over het algemeen een goed hotel

Cons:

Stoeltjes op de kamer gammel kun je niet fatsoenlijk in zitten.
Voor de tijd van het jaar veel te dikke dekbedden maar bedden zijn prima

Pros:

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, die Ausstattung des Hotels sehr schön und komfortabel, sehr nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Wonderful staff, miserable facilities.
Pros:

The staff are an amazing team and were wonderful hosts!! Jeffery at reception was awesomely kind, helpful and understanding!

Cons:

You could hear everything throughout the property. The first night I laid awake for hours given my neighbors snoring. I also thought that there was a fitness studio on the floor above us where the family rooms were located.

Normally nice overnight stays, but this time suffering of handling of a complaint

Cons:

Remote control was not working in one of three rooms; we recognized it after 10 pm; hotline could not help; we mentioned the issue at the morning at the reception and via mail; feedbacks: we could have used the remote control of another room/sure 😡/we would run from room to room to switch a channel; batteries are cosumables/means we need to bring every possible battery pack with us to help ourselves - a small offering would have mitigated it

Leider diesmal enttäuschen

Cons:

🤔Diesmal waren wir nicht so begeistert. Wir hatten das Apartment / Zimmer76 mit einem kleinen "Vorgarten" mit Kieselboden, der ziemlich dreckig war. Essensreste und viele Ameisen. Auf den Kies stand einem kleiner Tisch und Stühle. Vom "Vorgarten" konnte man dann ins Zimmer.
Vor der Verandatür waren zwei lockere Balken auf den Boden, die den Einstieg eigentlich ermöglichen sollte. Es hat aber das Gegenteil bewirkt. Ich bin fast gefallen.
Wir waren jetzt das 3.mal da, aber diesmal enttäuschend.
Schade ....

Kurze Auszeit für die Seele.

Cons:

Schade, dass unser Hund während des Frühstückes im Zimmer warten musste. Leider bei unserem Aufenthalt keine Fahrräder zur Ausleihe.
