The location was very central and a close walking distance to most restaurants, cafes and pubs. Quick grab/bolt to activities! Rooms were as described and staff were super helpful!
Bathroom could have slightly been be better but overall still pretty clean, vinyl flooring in the showers does not work well. We stayed during low season and felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, however, we saw that they were beginning to renovate some of the rooms!
Was nice room and good facilities.

De plek ligt in het oude centrum wat wel fijn is als je wat meer rust opzoekt en gezellige plekjes om te eten of te drinken. Onze kamer was groot genoeg en had grote ramen.
Onze kamer had een oude en muffe geur wat soms wel wat onaangenaam was.

The location was amazing, the duplex room size decent, the reception area was pleasant
I had booked a duplex room for me and my daughter. Upon Arrival the loft bed did not have a blanket or pillow so when I went to reception they told me it wasn't included as we were only two people and had to share the big bed. After a heated discussion trying to explain that I had specifically paid extra for the duplex room with loft bed for my daughter I was reluctantly given an extra blanket. I've never been to a hotel where I have booked a room with two beds and then have to argue to use one of them. The pillows were also very hard and lumpy.

Everything was smooth. Nothing really that I didn't like. Check-in time was till 12 am only.
They catered for our plane being delayed and allowed us to check in a bit late!
This property has a damp/leak/water issue - it's very present across the room and hallway if you look up. We had a bubble in our ceiling which we noticed before going to bed. However within 10 minutes of being in bed it was apparent that actually there was a leak from the ceiling that was soaking the bed. The mattress and bedding was drenched and there was a constant drip onto our head. We ended up having to sleep the other way up and deal with wet feet (rather than a wet head). Not great really. Please fix the leak as it's clearly been there a while looking at the mould in the corridor and ceiling of our room.
