A localização para a minha necessidade estava OK.

Cons:

Tive que pedir para o pessoal da recepção às 23:30hrs, solicitar para as pessoas que estavam no saguão fazer silêncio, pois me colocaram em um quarto no térreo bem no corredor de frente para a recepção e as pessoas ficam conversando e você não dorme. Não recomendo esses quartos, pois você escuta tudo que acontece na recepção.
