The stay was Average as the Bathroom was having stagnation of water and the staff inspite of the Best Of Efoorts from them needs to be trained.
The rooms we were given were near to a dining room . I mean the door opened literally into the dining room. Also the guy at the reception said he had no other room availabvle whereas we being 5 families wanted a stay close by.

I requested a room for 1 Monday night. Earlier I was quoted a certain amount and 3 days later another for thurs night . Which is ok if it depends in occupancy. I booked at a better rate through booking.com and the room they gave me was right in the dining room! I asked if I could get a better placed room and they said they were full. Just then someone walked in and asked is a room was available and they said Yes to them🤔This happened with the front office manager- M_____

La localisation est super, en face de la plage, avec un bar sur le toit c’est encore mieux. L’hôtel est beau et même pris en photo!
Le réveil brutal par téléphone le matin pour nous demander quand allions nous nous présenter pour le petit déjeuner avec insistance et toc à la porte le lendemain.

The location was perfect - walkable distance to all the best cafes and right on the rock beach! The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
The bathroom was a little small in comparison to the room and there was no hot water.
Lovely hotel on The Promenade. Rooms beautiful and clean. The breakfast is delicious and can be eaten inside or in a lovely courtyard. The restaurant is also great with wonderful views from the rooftop terrace. The owner is so friendly and helpful and nice staff too.
