The location was good … walking distance to many stores and eateries. Breakfast in the hotel was good and the staff was friendly.
Everything was good
Friendly staffs from bell boy to reception to restaurant. Special thanks to Ms. Thilaga at reception and the Manager for being very friendly and helpful.
Washroom needs some upgrade
The receptionist Thilaga's hospitality is truly heartwarming and along with another guy. On our first night stay, the aircond and fan had some issues and they helped to rectify and changed our room the next day. Quite helpful at any time of the day.
Location is very good. The staff are extremely courteous and very accommodating of all requests. The rooms were very well cleaned and maintained and of good size. We had 2 rooms and were upgraded to a family suite which was well proportioned. The breakfast was of good quality and good taste.
It's in a very small lane and is very easy to miss. The toilets in the rooms are extremely cramped. The separation between the rooms in the family suite are extremely thin and sound travels very easily. The opening of cupboards in one room can wake someone up in the other room.
