Location is very good. The staff are extremely courteous and very accommodating of all requests. The rooms were very well cleaned and maintained and of good size. We had 2 rooms and were upgraded to a family suite which was well proportioned. The breakfast was of good quality and good taste.
It's in a very small lane and is very easy to miss. The toilets in the rooms are extremely cramped. The separation between the rooms in the family suite are extremely thin and sound travels very easily. The opening of cupboards in one room can wake someone up in the other room.
They upgrade us to suite with a sea view, location is good so the cleanliness
Nothing much just suggestion to keep wiper in washrooms
The location is close to white town and rock beach.

The location and hotel staff were exceptional.Thillaga and Udhaya were courteous and helpful till my departure from Pondicherry.
The hotel is centrally located and is close to beach .You have nearby good restaurants and cafes ,also to add a beautiful Ganesh temple including the Ashram all nearby within walkable distance.
The hotel furniture needs some repair work as it's showing its age.

The size of the room looked bigger in picture than actual, the intercom did not work in the room so had to go down to the reception every time we needed something
Excellent breakfast choices - we had western and Indian.
All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our request to move room was accommodated as quickly as they could manage.
Note that rooms on lower levels only have a view of next door's wall. We requested a move and this request was meet.
